A Good IP Hider or Changer

I am looking for a software that will change or hide my IP address. I've tried IP Hider Platinum, But it lies. Says its giving me a china IP but when I go to google and visit sites that will show your IP it always show my correct IP instead of the fake 1 IP hider is giving me.

Is there a real IP changing software that REALLY works?
