I never see any vid card overclocking in here!

Well... I just volt modded the core and memory, done the regulator frequency mod, and did the overcurrent mod on my 7900gs (one of the "stolen" ones from the truck.. I got it off Ebay).

Some of you may remember the crazy heatsink and shroud setup I made for it... with that, I could only run 580/830.

I looked for the thread.. quite a few month old, but nothing showed up.. I had posted pictures back then. NM.. I found it.

Now that I have modded it... I can do 675/935 in ATI tool without artifacts.

I am gonna test some games now :)

BTW... when I got this card, it was overheating at stock speeds of 450/660.
 
I gave up on video OCing a while ago cuz i never got much out of it and am too lazy now to keep trying even with new cards.
 
ROFL... anyhow it is at 690/940 now.. and I modded the BIOS to have a Delta clock of 50 instead of 20. :)

Did you read what the op wrote? He stated what he had his clocks set to after volt-modding. He didn't really ask a question it was really just a statement or show'n'tell.

He just misunderstood and thought the thread was for everyone's GPU overclocking; he wasn't trying to show the OP up. Take it easy.

Same here. Even with my 100+ MHz GPU overclock (my x1950 XTX from 648 to 756), my FPS barely increases at all. And for some reason, without AA on after the OC the FPS DROPS! I just leave it at stock when I game.
