What company is this from?

Looks like it might be an AVADirect build to me.

I am trying to clean up some problems on software on two exact builds that are 5 months old.....

1 Computer constantly hangs up with "program not responding" and the other one just stops working on the Wi Fi network no matter which Network card I put in...

I need to re-install but at the same time change some hardware if necessary.

Any help is appreciated.
