I didn't know whether to post this here or in the Mobile Computing section so here it goes:
I am a legacy AT&T customer still holding on to my (awesome) v551, sadly it is dying and I wish to upgrade to a new phone. What I loved about the v551 is that it took a beating and kept working (until now). Here is what I'm looking at:
Motorola v365
-it's only triband, but it seems to be the most durable phone AT&T offers.
Samsung SGH-i607 ("BlackJack")
-it's quadband and Windows Mobile, but it doesn't look like it will take a fall
-I have though about buying this but will that protect the phone from my clumsiness?
I don't need a bunch of useless features but it would be nice to have a smartphone that could be use for email, file viewing, etc.
Any suggestions from members that have used these phones?
