im interested in that HDMI to DVI cable but it says it supports up to 1080i...are they wrong? i thought all dvi cables would support at least 1080p. im gona use this for my PC to my 1080p HDTV

also, this is the same brand that monoprice uses (notice the little logo) and all of theirs says ferrite core. is it safe to assume these are ferrite core too? (monoprice does not carry 30gauge as far as i can see, highest is 28 and this one is 30)

thanks!

In a 6foot length 28/30 is a meaningless distinction. Get whats cheap and you'll be fine. Overthinking this is a waste of time.

im not thinking about the gauge, i dont even know what the big deal about gauge is really (could you enlighten me?). im stating it as a reference someone could take into account when deciding if this indeed ferrite core

edit: ok i figured out that it does not have ferrite core, thanks
