STALKER tweak guide released

Interesting I will have to give this a go.

On a side note, this guide indicates that Stalker uses secuROM, as I have heard many others mention in the forums. Is this just for the US release of the game, as I dont need the CD in the drive to play Stalker, which is the Canadian version?
 
It is certainly in the EU version for sure. Vista catches it before it runs and lets you ignore it, which is nice. (and people slag off UAC??)

My copy from Gogamer.com did not need the dvd to be in the drive. Must not have Securom on it.
 
my US copy of the game does not require the DVD... so either SecuROM changed drastically from last time it reared its ugly head or it's not there.

Please say this is a command to limit the number of corpses in the world. My game gets very bogged down in certain areas do to the massive piles of bodies laying all over. And I do mean piles as I got sick of remembering which bodies I had already looted so I started piling them up.

...or throwing them into anomilies...

GCS has already released plans for the next couple patches and things are looking up. Respawn rates for bandits and animals are being toned way down which should solve the corpse issues.
