my buddy just got a copy of Vista Business from his college. now that he has it installed he can't get nVidia's beta x64 drivers to install. (they are giving him an error about it not being a 64-bit environment.) my question is... once it's installed how can you tell what version of Vista you have installed?

he's running an Athlon 64 3500+ on an ASUS A8N-SLI, with 2x512mb PC3200 RAM, and a PCIe GeForce 6600. the version of Vista he has installs on 5 cd's.

if he has an x86 folder in c:\ then it's 64-bit, otherwise it's 32-bit
