IBM T60p 15" what parts can I easily upgrade later?

I'm looking at getting a T60p with the regular 15" screen, not wide screen.

Ram should be easy to upgrade on my own later. Just shove another gig stick in it.

How easy is it to swap a hard drive in a T60p?

I'm assuming I should not think about swapping the processor and just buy the best I can afford now?

IMO everything is easily upgradeable as long as you take your time, it helps to have a guide to help you disassemble it.

I have a 14" T40, and I've upgraded the memory, CPU, and harddrive. One of the memory slots and the CPU required disassembly.
