Wow. If my computer had dual link I would be snapping one of these up.
That is $1199 CDN. Today only.
Anyone have a link to this deal? I don't see it on their web site.
Son of a... Just paid $1440 something for mine last week.
Call for a price adjustment. If they don't adjust it, return it and buy it again. $240 is a week or two of groceries. Not chump change by all means.
It should be a perfectly good screen. It's questionable how much benefit you get from the higher gamut panels. Probably just keep it, since it's a good value.I ordered this but didn't know that the 3007WFP-HC model is coming out soon. I am confused, should I:
Cancel my order and wait for the newer model,
Accept the order and sell it someone who wants this one at the $500.00 off
Beg Dell to ship me the newer model which hasn't been released?
Keep returning it until they upgrade me to the HC?
Change my order to the new 27"
is this even a decent monitor?
*note to self, don't buy expensive crap when jacked on painkillers*
sigh.....please share your insights, I am obviously inept and not qualified to mae up my own mind!
Does the new model come with extra inputs?

It is possible, if the extra inputs are simply more dual-link DVI ports, like the HP has. But to answer the question, from what I've seen, the -HC won't have any different inputs or controls than before.Don't see how it is possible with a resolution that requires a dual link DVI card and cable. Also, I don't know of a consumer level scaler that can handle such a high resolution.
Got it at Costco, and it looks like they don't list it on the site anymore. Argh. I'll see wht they do.
