I'm DYING over here...I just downloaded the NFS carbon demo and it has got to be the worst racing game i've ever played. It let me rice out a Lambo....wtf?! Not only that, but the cars handled like they were on ice...ugh. Then I downloaded Double Agent hoping to have some fun but that demo SUCKED as well...It didn't even feel like Splinter Cell and the graphics arent even that great. So what now....Kinda sucks for me because I hate RPG/RTS and thats all thats coming out for PC in the next months......
 
Yeah todays games suck really hard.
Huxely is coming out 1/1/07 if I remember right, should be really good
 
NFS isn't supposed to be a driving simulator. If you want that, look at GTR 2.

QFT. Should be fun to play, 'specially since I think it'll run better on my *nix box w/ a 7300GS than my Windows box and its X700.

Only thing that concerns me...CD-Key interchangeable between the versions? I hope so.

My interest in NFS carbon ended after seeing the commercial, they made them handle like that because of rice-douche's current facination with drifting. The fact that you can rice out a Lambo is wrong on so many levels. Rice out your honda's and sunfires all you want, but leave out the actuall nice cars, GOD I hate ricers!
 
I was hoping the EaW expansion would be better....left much to be desired. I never liked the NFS series, I was always a bigger Gran Turismo fan...wish they had it on PC though hehe.

But yeah, waiting on a good game that isn't an FPS...
 
um...Dark Messiah? I'm loving the game. It is first-person, but not a first-person shooter, as such.
 
If you're looking for a good non-FPS game, then NWN2 just recently came out. If you like RPG's it's pretty sweet... :D
 
Just keep playing the good ones that are currently out

This is the one I'm waiting for. I want Crysis and ET:QW as well, but BioShock should be incredible.
