Problem installing ms office

so i got ms office student teacher editon and when i go to install it i get this error;

Error opening installation log file. Verfy that the specfied log file location exsits and is writable.


SOooooooo what the hell does that mean and how do i fix. Its a brand new computer.... I put norton internet suite and web root. But that shouldn't affect it.

try disabling those 2 than install it again
and delete temp/temp internet files
