I'm just looking for a basic 975 or (preferred) 965 board. Must be able to run Presler DC 3.2 (940) and a e6700 conroe. Would like only 1 video slot, 4 plus pci slots, 4 rear usb, 4 onboard usb (for front panel) and able to support 4gb ram. OBV not necessary, but 20% overclocking ability would be good. :D
I have a coolermaster centurion 532 that this mobo will go in and a 480w ps. Sony combo drive and 1-74gb raptor, 400 gb ide slave drive. Looking for something that will support regular pc800 ram, not 1.8v "special" ram.
Like this--only in a 775 board:

The MSI P965 Neo-F seems like a good option for you. Only 3 PCI slots (1 PCIe x1) but fits the rest of your criteria and is only about $100.

For what it's worth, I haven't had much luck with Intel's p965 board. It will only work with auto detecting memory speeds, which sets it at 10-15-15-31. Also changing the memory speed to anything other than 666MHz doesn't even do anything.
