Well, I am in need of a new display for my secondary gaming rig and I have come to the conclusion of, why not get a new display for myself and bump my current display (NEC FE922) to the secondary rig?
So the search for a new display has begun, I have done quite a bit of looking around and have kept my eye on LCD's advancements over the years. I (as everybody else) have heard many great stories and many awful stories in regards to the Dell WFP LCD line-up. Partly because of this and also because almost every gamer and their brother owns a Dell LCD . I would like to go with an LCD solution from a different manufacturer and from what I have read Viewsonic's VX2025WM looks like a pretty good bet, and however not cheap $340 doesn't seem to be to ridiculous. I am probably going to order this on Thurs. (payday )
I guess I am just wonder what the [H]'rs thought of game play on this particular LCD.
Additional Info:
I will be using this display with a 7900gt, and will primarily be using it for fps gaming and occasional movie watching.
Thanks for tolerating yet another should I buy this or this, please decide for me thread , but jumping into new technology can be a bit intimidating .
