x1900xt and AA/AF

Set CCC to "Application Preference" and change the AA/AF settings in game. I believe Oblivion refers to them by their names (i.e. AA and AF) and BF2 refers to them as "Anti-aliasing" and "Texture Filtering". Not too sure though, can't check at the moment.

Don´t have BF2 but can confirm that setting forced AA from CCC does not work with Oblivion. Not a big deal, but a weird one for sure.

For Oblivion, if you have enabled HDR, AA will not work unless you download the "Chuck" drivers for cat 6.5. With the ATi beta chuck drivers, select HDR in the application and set AA in CCC ... it looks very nice and the performance impact is small (at least for me).

with Battlefield 2, try to set the AA in game on to 4 or something, and set the AA in your Catalyst controll center to Let the application decide.

does that work?

AA must be set to app preference for BF2 AA to work. PERIOD. I had a lot of trouble with it and finally figured it out. Also, you can turn off Catalyst AI but that's not a good idea.

BTW, if you want AA and HDR for Oblivion, uninstall your current drivers. Install Only the chuck drivers 6.5, WDM drivers, and CCC
