Who is getting a DS Sunday?!

Well, I wasn't sure, but now I am.

EB games will give you at least $70 trade in value towards the purchase of a DS lite, bringing the price down to around $60. I only paid $60 for my original DS, so I think this is a steal. I can't wait to go trade it in tomorrow and pick it up Sunday morning. This is the 1st time I have ever traded in a system, lol. I can't wait.

Anyone else getting one?

I went to ask ebgames, they said the original DS is worth $50 even if it was towards a DS lite. I guess it varies in different regions.

I got my GF one earlier today with the New Super Mario :)

She likes it methinks :D

I put my NintenDogs Teal DS on eBay last week and it sold for what I paid, so I picked up a new Lite today. Got it at Best Buy with a coupon from their site for Brain Age free with purchase. Already have the game, but I guess I can sell the new one.

How the hell do you get the screen protectors on without air bubbles !

Maddening. I redid the top one so many times and now it has little peice of lint stuck to it, so I didn't put it back on. Bottom one is in place but you can still see a few bubbles.

Had mine since this morning, had to let it charge while I worked. Been enjoying it since I got home. The screen is just about as good as the PSP's, albeit a little pixelie.

i got the last nonpreordered one today. I traded my old ds and a couple games and paided 45 bucks for it, its so much nicer than the old ds

Got one at BestBuy plus the free BrainAge game (coupon for either Best Buy or Circuit City is on fatwallet.com). Had to ask if they were out of the DSs? Guy said "No, they're in back". Asked if he was out of "Brain Age"? Guy Says "No, they're in back to. They get stolen all the time." Don't understand all of that. Told the guy at front that it seemed like they were hiding the DSs and Brain Age...

Unless you are a total Pigpen, your screen will be in no danger. I've had 4 DSs and have never added a scratch to any of their screens.

I was at Best Buy on Saturday night and the lady told me that they would be selling them on Sunday, and they had "ample" stock.

Well I went to Best Buy today (Sunday) and I checked and they had them. I wasn't expecting them to be there.

Got home, my mom agreed to pay half and found the Brain Age coupon so I'm gonna go get one tomorrow during my lunch break.

Probably pick up New Super Mario Bros and Mario Kart DS too.

I just got mine at BB because I wanted the PRP plan.

got mine, but I hate how some retailers won't sell the base unit by itself, they have to bumdle it with not so popular games and charging premium for the good ones

That link only talks about Brain Age, nothing about Mario.

What the 'mario' is referring to is basically a 10$ ds lite package containing a case, wipe cloth, mb something else but NO mario game.

You'll probably have to argue to get both the mario bundle and brain age.

QTF.

The case is a piece of junk though.

I just picked up the DS lite. I have to say this thing rocks. I'm a 27 year old gamer an thought the PSP was going to be my cup of tea, needless to say it's for-sale right now. The DS is just so much fun. I love the "New Super Mario Bros." and "Mario Cart DS" Just brings back great memories of playing NES and N64.

Off to play the DS.

That's good to know.
Pathetic they can charge $6 for 2 pieces of plastic.
Should have told the worst buy rep no thanks.
