resolution question here

I think XP only goes down to 800x600, hence you are not getting the 640x480 option...I believe...

As for 1152 not showing up I think that may be a driver issue. Or it may be that your machine doesnt think that your monitor can support it. Go to the properties->settings->advanced->monitor

and then uncheck the "Hide modes this monitor cannot display"

and then try for the 1152 setting...

let us know how you get on...

wait wait wait,

you are saying that the monitor doesnt officially support it, but your PC can set it to that and the monitor still works without any issues?

If so I dont see this is as a problem??

my crt does not officially support 720 resolution but under my display properties i can choose this resolution i am just wondering that how and y my display showing this resolution and let me pick it just fine when its not officially supported by my crt monitor anyways do u think i can pick this 720 with 360 even if my monitor does not support it officially???

Try it out dude, if the monitor doesnt like it it SHOULD display a message saying the monitor signal is out of scan range or something. Assuming this monitor isnt ancient it wont just blow up or anything.
