Gamecube Recommended?

Good call on the Paper Mario 2, Mario Sunshine, and F-Zero GX. I forgot about those awesome games!

This may not sound strange coming from me, but aside from the Dreamcast, the Gamecube has been one of the most severely underrated consoles of all time.

^^ TOTALLY AGREE

oo what about those donkey konga games? Addicting Party game 0_0!

Donky Konga titles are absolutely fantastic party games, playable by anybody. The only problem is that they require more hardware. 1 set of Kongos isn't enough to appreciate it (you need at least 2). Karaoke Revolution and Mario DDR are in this class of fun musical game as well.

RE4.

I never actually played it, but I did watch the whole game. It was great. Nice and long too.

However, I did play the Resident Evil Remake after watching RE4, and I hated that with a passion...It was nothing like 4. So if you've played and hated the other ones, this may just be one for you. ^_^

Viewtiful Joe was pretty damn fun, only played it for about 15 minutes, though. I'm going to have to rent that one someday soon. :p
That's because REmake is pretty much what one would consider to be a classic survival/horror game. RE4 is more of an action oriented game, even moreso than anyother RE game in the series.

It's (REmake) an absolutely great game though, as are the other newer RE titles on the GC. Although, I can see why many would be turned off by RE and RE0's gameplay after playing RE4.

Yes, the old RE games (especially the Gamecube remakes) are fantastic titles. But after playing RE4, despite the more simplistic puzzles, it's REALLY hard to go back :)

I sugest getting a rubics cube its far more entertaining and much harder to figure out :)

Harder to figure out than what? Are you trying to say the gamecube is easier than a rubix cube? If so, well duh, you plug it in and turn it on, just like every other console.

No matter which cube you get, you can be challenged for either minutes or years. It all depends on how you use it, and how smart you are ;)
