Quick question---how to keep the "windows installer" from popping up

I was trying to remove Norton AV a few days ago and finally succeded. Now though, everytime I try to right click on anything, I get this "windows installer" window popping up:



What do I need to do to keep it from popping up? It happens practically when I do anything, like right click on a folder, empty the recycle bin, and other stuff.

I'd first suggest trying this norton removal tool to completly remove norton from the system

Did you find a solution yet ? I've had this happen before, but i think i just reinstalled that time because i had a few retarded problems that i created.
