Hey everyone, I was referred to this site by Alex from computer-choppers.com. Thought I would stop by, say hi and show some of my mods. First off a little bit about me: I have been into computers as a hobby for about 6 years and I have been modding them for about 4 years now. I am a staff member on other technology forum where I spend most of my time but I hope to stick around here for a while to meet more modders to try to keep up with how things are changing. Well, here are my mods, I will put them in order from my first mod ever to my most recent.

Well, I hope you enjoyed looking at my mods. Obviously as all of you know, there are always things we wished we would have done different but each mod is a new learning experience. I look foreword to seeing everyone else's mods as I go through the forum!

amd case and the linux box are awesome. welcome to the H can u post sum pics of the PSU that u did? or did u jsut sleeve the cables or somethin?

No I did not just sleeve the cables. I put two windows in it along with a blue LED fan (I replaced the stock fan). It was a while ago so I am going to try to dig up some pics. I plan on doing another PSU mod but it wont be for a while.

Update: I looked all over and I can't find the pics of it. I did it back durring my first mod. Right now it is in the Linux Box but I dont have my digital camera to take a picture of it. Sorry about that.
 
The AMD case is really a work of art. could I get some close ups of the inside of the case? i wanna see how everyting is placed in it.

Sure. The first one shows the whole internal of the case. I have done some re-arranging of the wires since I took this pic to conceal them better behind the PSU. The second one shows the LAN and USB cables that come through a hole in the back of the case to access the ports that had to be placed inside the case due to the angle of the motherboard.

If I would have did that then I would have totally been copying his case. I seen his case a while ago on Mini-atx.com and I wanted to use his idea since I am an avid AMD fan. However, I thought I could up him one, so to speak, by placing a full size motherboard and AMD CPU in there without making the case extremely large. I give Alex all the props for doing this case because if he hadn't have done it, I probably would have never thought to do it.

I have a pic of the bottom back during construction and that is it. Dont know why I dont have more - I think just because its just cords coming out. I'll try to snap a picture tonight. As for the front, here is a pic that shows the front and top and you can see my modified CD-ROM drive through the top.

I dont have a pic of the other side either, again dont know why - doesnt show much I guess. It looks just like this side showed except you see the back of the mobo. I'll try to snap a pic but I have everything wired up and its trapped on my desk.
