These are all harddrive independant and reside in memory right? So all the crap you run into on the web cant follow you right?(I know windows is the web-hackers playground, but *NIX cant be far behind)
No saved files, downloaded crap, historys, cookies, autocompleting browser entries, whatever.

Latex gloves, burn your clothes afterwards and use a sandblaster on your skin just in case, followed by a series of powerful antibiotics...

Okay joking aside, running a live CD just because you're paranoid about spyware is kinda...excessive.

But it will work.....

A little excessive.. .but my opinion is that if you are _that_ worried, you really shouldnt be on the interweb at all. Not a flame, just an observation. I equate the internet to walking around a city. there are places you can go and be safe, and there are places that arent as safe. Just know where yer at. :)

lol, well i guess question answered, with that life cd nothing really should happen.. but seriously, that would be a pain in the butt...

I have a "kiosk" program on cd. It automatically installs itself onto a hard drive, and then reboots into a kiosk. You can get to webpages etc fine, and if it gets screwed up you can nuke it in under 3 minutes.
