Silverprop Silverstorm radiator

Wonder how it's performance. Or shall i just get something else.

Looks pretty dense. You will probably need some powerful (noisy) fans to pull a proper amount of air through.

Worth is a relative term, however heatercore style radiators are generally excellent performers. Even with quieter (slower) fans on there you should get good cooling performance.

What's a good radiator that u guy recommend? Tested n proven... Size doesn't matter.

Well the BlackIce Pro and Extreme units have been proven time and time again to be great units. The DangerDen double heatercore is really nice and is about as much as modding a Bonneville core yourself. Whats going to be interesting is seeing how the new Swiftech MCR220 double 120mm radiator will perform. It looks quite promising. Angled plenums to lessen the change of air getting trapped, a core thickness somewhere between that of the BlackIce Pro and Extreme and a fin design that allows for the use of low to medium powered fans with a minimum ammount of noise. That Silverprop radiator looks like it will need some beefy fans to push a decent ammount of air through those fins. As you most likely know, where there are beefy fans there is beefy noise. :p

Actually those radiator on my list are

Chevy Dual heatercore
Danger Den Dual
Thermochill HE120.2

Haven't read/heard abt the Swiftech MCR220 as i haven't been catching up.
Heatercore r better? I've read from shop review that Chevy ownz Black Ice X.. which is why i didn't even consider putting it in.

I think i really need to do some reading. I feel that a good rad is important as they tend to remain unchanged for quite long, unlike WB.

Thermochill PA160 is good if you want a single fan, quiet solution. It performs as well as a Black Ice Pro 2 even though it only uses a single fan. But it's $90.
