I guess it isn't free if you gotta pay $10!
A simple Google search yielded tons of results for this "Sky TV" cable network. Seems like the actual network is legit (as are the packages they offer, which can be watched on your PC like it says), whether or not ordering from that guy's page is is a sight to be seen.
