I currently have mine at 400 / 385, but that is w/ aftermarket liquid cooling on vpu and ramsinks. 
I followed this guide from xbitlabs, but didn't dare OC as high as they did:

9700(actually 9500hardmod, 9800np bios) fitted with zalman 80c - 360/285.
Yup, I got a suckage overclocker 9700pro AIW here, All in wonders are notorious for not being able to overclock much at all.
Will not do anything above 342/342 with stock cooling (no ramsinks) I do not leave it in an overclocked state when playing most older games though (only overclocked for Doom3 and thats it)
Tested a Mobility Radeon 9700pro today (almost a completely different beast than a desktop 9700pro) stock was 385/210, and it overclocked all the way to 520/250 without artifacting.
