As the title says.

If it's an IBM compatible it can be without windows

I don't care if they are macs or pcs. Either would do.

I could do cheap ones ~20-50 bucks is fine, one only has to be able to do typing, can be black and white, but I'd like it to be in good condition as it is for a novice computer person.

I have an Apple 520 Laptop

Works great, old school system7 word processing and email is great, can even do surfing if you dont go to graphics intensive sites.

Say $40 shipped? The AC adapter is heavy... =) LMK.
