    I am with stock heatsink so I dont want to push with prime/ibt Idle temps 45c load at 3dmark06 80c waiting for corsair h100 to push more.

    Nope. As you can see here http://www.arctic.ac/en/p/cooling/thermal-compound/381/g-1.html?L=1&c=2291 you have first mix these two glue and then with spoon put the paste on each heat sink.

    No its not with 20% fan. I have connect the fan with 12v to molex not on card. You can see here all the head sinks I use. And of course I put the paste on the heat sinks first and then put it on vrm.
