LaCie 730 - this was first 30" with LED (~ 2009), but it uses 2560x1600 PVA panel with matte surface
Dell U3013HM should be the first 30" IPS with LED, probably in winter, not sure about matte / glossy
all current 30" IPS panels uses CCFL backlight ( LG LM300WQ5 , LM300WQ3 , LM300WQ1 , LM300W01 )
newer 30" LED IPS panel LG LM300WQ6 with LED backlight is yet to be released

350 cdm indicates that it may be new panel (old panels have 380 cdm and 420 cdm)
for this market - there was HDTV option to use LG 26LE5500 and LG 26LV5500 = 26" IPS 1920x1080 with tuner, speakers and usb mkv playback from the box
2560 x 1440 = double 1280 x double 720 = not ugly rescale
all 30" IPS monitors have only CCFL backlight
most 27" IPS models have LED backlight
LED 30" AH-IPS models will be available after LG LM300WQ6 panel release (hope it will be this year)
another multi-input model (since 2012-06-25) - new casing and hdmi 1.4a support (possible to use with 1.4a hdmi laptop)
