Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I’ll probably pay whatever for it but I also run large AI models for my business so it’s not going to wreck me to be future proofed for another two years or so
I can tell my 7900 XTX has some cool whine on loading screens when the FPS jumps way up. When I was in my 20s coil whine REALLY bothered me, but now in my late 30s it doesn’t as much. Like I can tell it’s there, but it’s not like an annoying dog-whistle anymore. Wondering if other “old timers”...
So you’re saying that even after all this time you still look at scantily clad buxom armored women with blasters decoded by NVIDIA hardware-based real-time codec acceleration?
NOTE: All prices shipped ConUS. I don't accept PayPal. I accept Apple Pay, Venmo, USPS money order and crypto.

SOLD - Gigabyte RTX 4080 Aero: Works perfectly, never overclocked. Will be pulled from the box pictured below - I barely play games on this box so I'll be swapping...
IPS isn’t that bad. I prefer my QD-OLED for gaming but claiming glow “ruins” IPS is just kind of flamebait at this point. Different technologies have different trade-offs, so it’s cool if you don’t prefer a certain set of trade-offs but it’s pretty self-explanatory why the technology is popular...
I had a 4070 Ti and returned it to get a 4080. It was just barely not enough at 4K. The 4070 Ti Super looks like it should make the original 4080 mostly irrelevant.
The blown fuse explanation makes the most sense given the fans stopped, ie. all power cut to card. Unless you’re an electrical engineer that card is probably done for good.
RIP 1080 Ti
I wouldn't be shocked if Corsair releases a flat panel based on this. I have their 32" UHD 144 screen and it's pretty great for an IPS screen. Would switch to OLED in a heartbeat though.
I use the AW3423DWF for a work monitor and the subpixel arrangement thing is seriously not a big deal. Like I can see a difference side by side with my LCD work laptop but it's not bothersome to me. But then when I switch over to my gaming PC and HDR the thing is just breathtaking. OLED is...
So the 5090 will release in October if history is any indicator, and spoiler alert it's faster than a 4090? Wow. In the meantime my 4080 is great for AI / Stable Diffusion. 16gb is a sweet spot for image generation. I prefer my 7900 XTX for gaming though.
