manufacture is called Enermax. Bought it for awhile so I doubt that warranty still apply.

It's a 8A 250V .75" / 19.05mm I checked radio shack and they only carry something thats 1 1/4" long. I cant find anything on google so far. Any more idea where I can find this fuse? rather than buying a brand new PSU/
