I just picked up a new 9211-8I! At first, had trouble flashing it from IR to IT (apparently it's tricky on the new 6gb/sec version of the cards)... After this, I couldn't get in to the BIOS either with or without drives I could boot the system as long as NO drives were connected to the card...
