    I am not sure, but I have seen solar tanks which use plastic pipes as heat exchangers. Plus I will put the filter outlet in this coil, so it will agitate and move water around the coil. As to aluminium, maybe use 2-4 of those heat exchangers in parallel?

    There is something wrong with NEC clams that they use "Grade A" panels. 2690 is the only display with this LG.Philips panel and I wonder where they send "Grade B" panels ! DavidC - my noise problem was fixed definitely but it took 3 weeks.

    I have successfully calibrated my 2690wuxi with SpectraView II. The result in the gray gradient is much better than with SV Profiler - no more red or green hues. Average DeltaE 0.37 with dark values, 0.25 without.

    no! 2690 + 3rd party software = good calibration 2690 + Spectraview or Profiler = excellent calibration I installed the latest Catalyst and .Net framework 2 and DDC/CI started to work in NaviSet, but still the "Hardware calibration" is not available in Profiler :(

    Good news everyone! I got a call from the service center and they said that the monitor was repaired. I wonder if they applied the fix travbomb mentions or did it by guesswork. I will get the monitor back tomorrow.
