    2600k bigadv results

I suspect the issue with you not being about to get past the 46x multiplier is the cpu voltage. On my Gigabyte board there is a huge voltage drop under load, I enabled the Load Line Calibration feature in the BIOS to help. You can see the vdroop pretty easy, set your voltage to whatever...

This is with 8gb of 1600 ram. All C-states disabled. Seems to be stable. Im guessing the extra ppk is coming from increasing the ram speed?

    SB Overclocking results?

how would I go about measuring wattage? Using something like a kill-a-watt? That part would be interesting, then I could know what my heat sink is trying to deal with. Voltage is at 1.4 because of LLC. Its set to 1.375, but under load LLC is bumping up the voltage quite a lot to...

    Microcenter prices on sandy bridge

Got my proc from the boston/camebridge store. They were not honoring the online reservations. It was first come first serve. If you were planing on going in later to pick up your reserve you will be very sorry.

    Microcenter prices on sandy bridge

Its going to be a pretty brutal day, you give them your CC and a promise to pay, and they can kinda just shrug you off whenever they want. Reserved a 2600k at my store, said there were two left in stock, now only one. Hope everything works out and I can get my hands on one.
