    I bought a Power Conditioner from Newegg here and it seems to have done the trick. There were a couple moments where the humming could still be heard, but its mostly gone now.

    More information: I'm using the audio jacks at the back of the tower. I tested the wall outlets around my apartment to see which ones had the best "grounding" capability. There was a difference of about 1 volt between the outlet that my rig is currently plugged into, and another outlet...
