    Yeah its pretty much the iMac Screen without the components. I don't know. In my case i will go all the way with the Dell u2711, it has much more inputs. So i will not worry if the ACD is compatible with my video card or purchasing extra cables and converters. Both offer same resolution...

    I guess this will be like the iMac's screen but without the rest of the hardware. And for the price i really doubt is going to be close to the u2711. You can compare Apple cinema display 24 with dell's u2410, there is like $300 to $400 difference. So maybe Apple cinema display 27" = $1300...

    Thanks denis.. So maybe its not a matter of life and death for me to calibrate.. maybe i wont notice a huge difference, i dont know.. i guess ill use it in sRGB mode or adobeRGB as u mention.

    Hey guys i am considering this monitor Dell u2410 for my next purchase. I was wondering if it is totally necesary to calibrate this monitor with a calibration tool & colorimeter? Or will it work just fine out of the box? I don't do Graphic or photoshop or any of that... I only do pc...
