I do know that will not fit unless the drives are vertical, and that it does in fact take a little more room than some cases provide. Some towers have protruding mounting brackets between each of the three drive slots.

I have the exact same situation, except I am on the other end. I had it sent to my Uni and the mail service there claims to never received it, but the USPS delivery was confirmed. I talked to them and they said they would return to sender but how to I know it it ever was(not refused, but later RTS)
