I recently upgraded to a single 30" Apple Cinema from a pair of acer 22" screens. I am on the computer basically all the time. I have really started to notice since I upgraded to the single 30" that my vision has seemed to get worse and after awhile my eyes are just shot and I cant even look at...

I really want to get an eyefinity setup, but my mobo only has one pci-e slot and I definitely want to run more than 3 monitors. Does anyone know when the cards that support six monitors might be coming out? Will we be able to use non-display port monitors? I dont really understand if displayport...

They retain value very well, which is the only reason I don't mind paying more. I just think they should keep people more informed about upcoming products. Apple has a great business strategy.. theres no arguing that.

Right.. I didnt mean brand new. I would rather buy used and save 500 bucks. If they come out with the i7 I was gonna get that new, obviously. Apply is weird about stuff like that. If I went out and bought a core2 model and then a week later the i7 model was out for the same price, thats just bs...

Its generally a lot harder on your eyes. If you just use your computer for watching movies and playing games than its fine. If you are trying to use it as a work computer, its another story.

I have the 37" viera 720p model and I watch it twice as much as my 40" 1080 LCD. It cost me about $400 less too. Panny makes some great plasmas, I highly recommend them.

I havent used anything but cinemas, so I can't really comment, other than to say that I have always been happy with mine. Pricey screens, but great.
