    Frustrated at a vanishing 990 Pro M.2

    I had the same issue with a WD SN850X on my MSI X670E. I was not able to solve the issue and there were many similar reports. I ended up getting the MSI M570 Pro and the issue has not come up since switching. I'm still not sure if this is a AMD quirk with the motherboards, or just some bad SSDs...

    Puget Systems Confirm Issues Also on Samsung 980 PRO

    I just updated the firmware on mine. Rebooted and the computer locked up. Bios now says I don't have a bootable drive even though the 980 pro is present. Guess it's time to shop for a new SSD.
