Well I personally would plug it into the card using one of those. https://www.amazon.com/Phobya-PWM-Adapter-Graphics-Cards/dp/B01EUZD854 And then use a molex power and PWM control splitter to power the fans from the PSU and use control signal from GPU.... Or just make a custom cable at that...
