Hello all,
I have acquired a LG N4B1 and I'm looking to find the least expensive hard drives that are compatible with it. I found a link to compatible hard drives through Google, but most of the list is obsolete drives. http://lgknowledgebase.com/kb/index.php?View=entry&EntryID=6319...
Are your cables from the M-Audio to the Monitors exceedingly long? If so try shortening them. You are probably getting inductive interference from a source nearby. The M-Audio device you are using has over modulation protection, so I would guess that it is fine.:D
I own both the M-Audio AV40's and a set of Klipsch Ultra 5.1's.
I originally had the Klipsch setup, but I grew tired of the wires all over the place and went looking for something more compact (I'm a college student...who moves). I know this comparison isn't exactly what you are looking for...
I looked more closely at the picture. I would guess that the holes that are drilled are too high and not aligned with the front bezel as you see. I would drill out the holes with a slightly larger diameter bit and use washers to space and locate it accordingly. I would guess that that part...
Hey, I know it probably isn't kosher here, but just use black electrical tape behind the face. If there isn't light you are less likely to notice it. Similar situation to wood working... glue and Spackle do wonders to fix cracks!
Though I would use gaffer tape!
Hello all. Found some interesting parts I might put into my case.
First of all found this site selling three different versions of the EX-553.
28.99 -- gets you the basic version.EX-553:)
29.99 -- gets you another version.EX-553B what the difference between this an EX-553 I don't...
I agree that you need extreme measures like water cooling or major modifications to airflow to account for the thermal requirements of cooling such a high end part. I'd love to see what you or anyone here ends up coming up with to solve that problem. Please post you pics! I want to see them...
I believe that the thermal characteristics of the PC-07 are design limited for certain CPU/Setups. I don't think it was ever intended to hold what some people here have put into them :p.
Seeing that someone was able to get a i7 into one of these systems is akin to trying to put a V8 into my...
Not true. If you utilized 2.5" drives and adapters you can fit eight without mods (being two short of the necessary sata headers).
check out my other post for details. I won't copy the conversion over to this one.

My PC-07 as it is right now is smaller in volume than the computer speakers on either side of my 24 inch monitor. I was laughing when you said how small the PC-07 is because of that... it's very true.:D
Bastage... Are you going to put that water cooling system from Corsair in your system as...
If I recall the AMD chips run a bit hotter for a quad core... north of 100W, but I'm not completely sure if they are rated for peak load or average. Both Intel and AMD rate their chips differently. Bastage --> Since you aren't going for off the wall performance you could probably do fine with a...
Jen, you certainly put a great effort into your case. Great, job. Looks terrific. I was thinking that by using a laptop HDD though I might save on heat and power wise. A question about you Seasonic PWR supply -- I don't think that that is modular. Do you know of any decent SFX (Not familiar...
