    If you got 4.8ghz at 1.375 vcore you are extremely lucky. I can get 4.6 at 1.4 vcore and I can probably get 4.8 at something like 1.46 (stable)

    In prime95 there is one core that goes up to 85ish at 4.5ghz. At 4.5 im really straining what the h80 was made for. Regular game play all cores are below 71c. I may just get a rx360 then just mount the thing on the outside of the case. It may be uglier but im sure it would be 10c cooler not...

    Also I have tried 5 ghz and I couldn't get windows to start up regardless of voltage. I didn't want to keep trying on an h80 for fear I would ruin my chip without the right cooling.

    For some unknown reason the vcore was at 1.35. Norm is 1.3 for this chip but I lowered it to 1.25 and overclocked to 4.2 and its stable. Interesting I thought I would have to up the voltage but turns out turning it down reduced the heat and the OC took at that voltage

    I have 8x4 sticks of ram, Ive tried both automatic and manual and used intel burn test util to make sure clock speeds were stable. It ran the intel burn test fine at 4.2 ghz. Anything above it wasnt stable. Ill have to double check which voltages I used in Bios. Just responding from my phone...
