my question is, is it completely necessary to over clock my ram to work with this build. or will the ram clock its self to a lower speed to meet the supported memory standard.

^ this is the same exact plug i have my pictures were poor quality.
As for the psu it is a Bestec. MODEL :ATX400GW Rev: S1. (ps don't laugh its all i have to work with at the moment :p )

Hey every one, i was wondering if there are different types of pci-e 6 pin plugs. my power supply has one but it will not fit my card (AMD Radeon HD 7770 ghz edtion by asus).
it seems that one of the pins is not shaped properly on the 6 pin for my psu, and there for will not fit my card...
