This problem never popped up until the EPA decided to make manufactures use more tin and less lead in their soldering compounds. Too much tin is horrible for solder, its way too brittle.
nteresting video but the shortcomings of the technology should not be underestimated. There are all kinds of neat concepts out there with great fundamental ideas but some stumbling blocks that prove to be mountains.
Kudos to these guys for trying to think outside of the box, but this approach...
There is no link to EVGA mother board maker, they do make them don't they? I would link it here if I know, but am a noobie and have very limited info.
