Apple Has Squandered The Gift That Was Vista

Yes, Apple missed their chance...With Windows 7 comming soon on the heals of Vista failure, they should have sold MAC OS to us PC enthusiasts. I would surely purchase a flavor of MAC OS to run on my PC. Come on Apple.....sell just us the OS!!!! I do not want your overpriced hardware.

    XP vs. Vista on GA-P35-DS3L

Has anyone seen performance differences with XP Pro vs. Vista Home Premium? I have installed both OS's on the same platform: DS3L, E8400, 4GB Ram. 64/32 bit Vista, and XP Pro 32 bit. Vista blows XP away! at least from a casual users perspective. XP seems slugish and klunky? My HD is a...

    Motherboard recommendation

I have a new build with a DS3L(rev 2.0) and a E8400. No BIOS flash out of the box. Go with a quality power supply and new memory DDR 800, this may limit your potential for problems. I went this route with no problems at all. the E8400 is a great CPU...if you can find one..
