    I'll echo the same sentiment, get the 240mm. Greater surface area = greater cooling, especially if you can mount a second 120mm fan. If you're on a budget, the Seidon 240M is a pretty cheap CLC. Replace the stock fans with something better if you plan on some heavy OC'ing and you should be good!

    Coverage in Houston and Austin is pretty good, but outside those places it can get iffy. The amount of money I save with T-mobile compared to other carriers though isn't so bad if I only spend a few days out of the year out in the boonies. $100 gets a family of four unlimited minutes...

    Probably blew a capacitor, either in the PSU or on the motherboard. Swap out the PSU and see if the other components were not harmed.. if it boots up, get the PSU RMA'd if it's under warranty.

If you also want to keep power consumption low, ideally you buy lower power components.. the PSU will deliver whatever power is needed, but PSUs have different ranges of efficiency. Plenty of 500W PSUs can draw more than 500W from the wall, but that's not necessarily efficient...
