    Corsair SP 120 and 140 LED fans

    Does anyone know if you are able to disable the LEDs by cutting any wires on them? Reason is cos I want the fans to be in 1650-1500 range, when I down vote them to 7V, they be silent. 1100 rpm range fans at 12V are not quiet enough for me sadly.
