    Does anyone with revision a01 monitors have image retention? On gray backgrounds, I see outlines of web browsers and anything that is stationary. They seem to disappear gradually over time. I got my replacement on order and will check if that unit is free from defects.

    davidm71, did you get a new replacement from Dell or a refurbished unit? i got this email from the service request quote "We trust the repaired system will perform to your satisfaction." That would really suck since i brought it new from them 3 days ago

    Well, i was just trying to say that it took 2 hours total (one person hung up on me) just to get my monitor replaced from Dell. They wanted pictures, first time i had this process done this way. I dont know what ill do if the replacement is just as bad.
