From what I read on Nvidia news, the updated drivers that support resizable bar will be released alongside the 3060, which I think is slated for the end of February. I didn't see any mention of a vBIOS update requirement but it does appear to be only for the 30-series of GPUs...

I had this issue initially as well using my GTX 970 and a new ASUS monitor connected though DisplayPort. See the attached image, I changed all these settings to UEFI while connected to HDMI, saved the settings, shutdown the PC, connected DP and voila, boots fine from DP and I can get to the BIOS.
what chips are on the new mushkin redline? also, are they brainpower pcb? if they are brainpower pcb... are they: 1] B6U808, 2] B6U815?
