    cleaning a motherboard with water???

    Which is fine on RMA flux, but when using Water Sol, only water will clean it entirely. I build pcbs and yeah, we use a very similar Inline cleaner.

    Is there any way you can try a different CPU on this board? I'm 95% sure it's your CPU.

    It's either your AGP slot or your Processor. More likely your processor. I just had the same problem. Frustrating.
