I bought (pre-ordered) a standing desk through them and they were great with communication and gave me pretty consistent updates about the shipping (there was a delay from the manufacturer).
YMMV when it comes to the videos cards though.

In reference to my earlier post in this thread, UPS has me getting the card today. So, it looks like the people managing EVGA's stock did a good job getting it sent out, I just wish they would have emailed me the tracking number or been more helpful on the phone.
