Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
lol, you're lucky to have a low-wattage chip.. i dont recommend anyone ever try anything like that with an Opteron 170 or a similar 110W chip! bad juju...
Ok, I'm new to the whole dual-monitor thing with gaming... I have everythign running great off of the 3 video cards in my system. (SLI + a 3rd PCI card to run second monitor).
FIRST Q: Is there any way to alt-tab out of games that are running on the primary monitor, WITHOUT having the game...
Yes, in order to maintain SLI on one monitor, you will need to use a 3rd video card (a cheap Radeon 7000 PCI will work) to run the second monitor. I just set mine up this way yesterday, and it works great!
now if I could just figure out a way to alt-tab out of BF2 without the damn game...
ANSWER: It usually wont work if the refresh is set the same in Windows and ingame. Example: Set windows desktop properties to use 60hz, and the game to use 1280x1024x75hz...
tell me if that helps you alt-tab.
Ok, just one quick question: is it possible with the old Radeon 7000's to output via analog to an LCD, -and- output via S-video to a TV, at the same time?
thanks ahead of time!
ALL of the holes are used during an astronomical event the likes of which has not been seen since 400BC! When venus, mars and one secret star all lineup with the holes, the entire device becomes a key which unlocks hell and all its demons!
I have been sworn to secrecy regarding the "secret...
i realize that which is why im kinda hoping someone with the same combo will provide stable settings @ 265 or higher so that I can try those... :)
I'll make those changes you suggested and see if they help me pass 32M @ 265.
Ok, I have an a8n32-SLI with a pair of G.Skill PC4000 HZ 1GB sticks. I am trying to get them 32M stable at only 265, but I'm having problems doing so. Most of the settings listings or A64Tweaker screenshots that I've seen for these sticks are from DFI owners, so I'd really like to see if some...
I wonder what their NB cooling solution will be... hopefully someone finally gets it right and it wont interfere with the SLI config.
looks fun though!
