Yes, the p2370L screen is matte, but the surrounding bezel is glossy. The less glossy anything the better IMO (less eyestrain if there is a bright light in the background causing reflections). -

From what I read, this monitor was supposed to be released late 1st quarter. The 1st quarter ends March 31st so this is late to be released. Also, no HDMI, unless something has changed since CES.
